We have a shipyard with our partner who located in the Wenzhou city China . The shipyard area has 30,000 square meters, floor space 5,000 square meters, main 8 berth and 600 workers,30 engineers and technicians ( include 8 senior engineers).As well as 20 ship mechanical and electrical inspectors. We have built the length 35 meters, 50 meters, 80 meters and 120 meters work ship, bulk ship, container ship, tugboats and oil tanker with dead weight from 1,000DWT to 40,000DWT.

Through our efficient network and strong economy power, we search the suitable buyers in global market to domestic request, or else we purchase the ship by ourselves and sell to other countries. 3. Agency for Ship Trade
Agency entrusted by clients, we act as agent for ship import and export procedures, including application for ships import approval ,customs clearance service, contract and payment issues for foreign companies. We collect commissions.

Flag of Convenience can date back to 16th century. It promoted international trade communication then. Modem flag of convenience came into existence before 1st World War. Considering reducing cost, ship owners began to register their ships in other countries. Flag of Convenience was boosting after 2nd World War. Nowadays the total DWT of ships with flag of convenience has taken up one-third of the aggregate DWT in the world.

It covered entrepot-trade, namely we transfer ships to a third party country without entering customs, meanwhile provide necessary assistance to obtain relevant certificates and operating plan.5. 6. Sell spare parts, instruments and equipments of ships
Our company can be found all kind of spare parts, instruments and equipments of ships in China requested by our clients all over the world.

7. New Ship Building
Our shipyard can be built all kind of vessels with ABS and BV Class according to our client requests, especially oil tanker, tugboats and bulk cargo ships and so on. The dead weight (DWT) is from 1,000 to 40,000 DWT.
8. Other Commodities Trade and Logistic Service
Besides ship business we always focus on general commodities trading with our client all over the world. We have high privilege among the ship owners, builders, ship trading companies, classification societies and brokers.
We also to be the representative of Buyers and go to manufactures or shipyards to inspect the commodities or ships then handle the export formalities, i. e. delivery, storage, packing, booking, prepare export documents, cutting the airway bill and bill of lading, customs clearance and tracing.Contact us
